Q: What types of vehicles do you offer parts for?
A: We specialize in restoration parts for American cars and trucks from the late 1940s -1990s. We also offer parts for some later vehicles, some imported vehicles, carpet kits, and weatherstripping for early and late vehicles.

Q: What types of classic car and truck parts do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of classic car and truck parts, including sheet metal body panels, interior parts, weatherstripping, lenses, emblems, glass, suspension parts, disc brake conversion kits, power window kits, air conditioning kits, stock and custom gauges, and more. We strive to provide high-quality parts to help restore your classic vehicle to its former glory. If you're looking for a specific part that you don't see on our website, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: Is everything listed on your website in stock?
A: We do stock the most popular parts. In most caes, parts we don't have in stock, we can get within a few days. Of course, this is pending availability at least one of our many suppliers. We receive deliveries from our suppliers throughout the week, and for some items, we also have the option of shipping directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Additionally, some products such as vinyl interior products and some kits are made to order, so there may be a production time involved. Please contact us for more information on the availability of a specific item.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we offer international shipping of reasonably sized parts to many countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship larger truck freight items internationally. For those, you need to locate a freight forwarder in the US who ships to your country.  We can ship your order to them. They will then ship it to you. Please contact us for more information on shipping to your location.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive an email with the tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped, and you can track your order through the carrier's website.  Orders with multiple items may ship at different times and/or from different locations, so there would be more than one tracking number in that case.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our return policy varies depending on the item, but we generally accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Exclusions include special order items and most electrical parts. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for more information.

Q: Can you help me find a specific part for my classic car or truck?
A: Yes, we are always happy to help you find the right parts for your classic car or truck. Please keep in mind that we only sell new reproduction parts.  If no one is making it, we can't get it for you!  Please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. You can find more information on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Q: Do you offer installation services or technical support for the parts you sell?
A: We do not offer installation services. We are happy to direct you to the manufacturer's technical support to help you with the installation of parts.

Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: Our warranty policy varies depending on the item and the manufactures warranty.  We will work with you to resolve any issues.  Please see our Warranty & Returns page for more information.

Q: Can you special order a part that is not listed on your website?
A: Yes, depending on availability, we can special order parts that are not listed on our website. Please contact us for more information.

Q: How do I know if the part I want is in stock?
A: Email or call us. Please have the part number from our website to help expedite our response.

Q: What is your pricing policy?
A: Our pricing policy is to offer competitive prices on all of our classic car and truck parts.  We try to match or beat competitors prices on exactly the same in-stock items.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We try to keep our prices as low as we can at all times. This doesn't leave much room for discounts.  Occasionally, on large, multi-item orders we can provide an additional discount.

Q: How do I make a payment on your website?
A: You can make a payment on our website using a credit or debit card, or PayPal, or you can put a shopping cart together on our website, then call us with credit card information, or we can send you a PayPal invoice.

Q: Can I pick up parts in your store?
A: Yes, most items can be picked up in our Simi Valley store.  Certain items may also be available for pick up at one of our suppliers warehouses.  Please inquire regarding specific parts availability.
