Ordering

There are several different ways you can order parts from us:

Online: While our website is far from complete, and not all items are yet set-up for on-line ordering, there are many that are! Just browse our website www.AutoObsession and click the "Add to Cart" buttons! All transactions are handled though a secure server, so you can order with confidence.

Phone: Call us at 805-306-0795. One of our knowledgable salesmen will be happy to help you.

Fax: You can fax your order to us on our fax line at 805-306-0484. Be sure to include a listing the item(s) you want, the year and model of your car, and your city and zip code. Also include your name, phone number and fax number, so we can contact you.

Send us a message now: Tell us about your car and what you are looking for.We will correspond with you to ensure that the part(s) are exactly what you want/need, and quote your price and shipping charges.


Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. You can email or call us with your credit card info. We will need your full name and address, the name and phone number of the issuing bank, the credit card number, expiration date, and the extra digit code on the back of the card. We will call your bank to verify that the name and billing address match the information you provide us. This is to protect us both from fraudulent charges to your account.

Checks: Due to previous problems with checks, all personal & business checks require 10 business days to clear before your order can be shipped out. To avoid this delay, we suggest you use a Money Order or Cashier's Check for a well known bank.

Money Orders or Cashier's Check: If you want to mail in you payment, this is the preferred method!

PayPal: Our PayPal account is ebaysales@autoobsession.com.

Cash: Of course we accept cash, too. However, we don't advise that you send cash through the mail!


Local Pick up / Delivery

If you are in the L.A. or Ventura County area, you may opt to pick up your parts from us in Simi Valley.

Also, we occasionally make trips down to our vendors in L.A. or as far south as Huntington Beach. We may be able to arrange a meeting to get your parts to you during one of those trips. We may ask for a small delivery charge.

And, there's also the Long Beach Swap Meet, or Pomona Swap Meet. You can always pick up your parts at the next one.


Shipping

If your package is small enough and light enough, we will ship by UPS. Unless you request otherwise, we will ship it via standard UPS Ground shipping. If you have your own UPS account and you provide us with your UPS account number, we can charge the shipping portion of your invoice to your UPS account. Once we ship, if we have your email address, we will email your UPS tracking number to you. You can then track it at www.ups.com.

For items to large or heavy for UPS, we use truck freight or as another option, Greyhound or Alliance Air Freight. Again, once we ship, we will email your tracking number to you. Greyhound is less expensive, but requires that you pick up your package at your local Greyhound Bus station.


Return Policy

Special ordered items are non returnable (any item that we do not normally keep in stock). Please be sure you know exactly what you are ordering before you place your order!

All normally stocked items may be returned if in their original new, uninstalled condition and original packaging.

If returned within 30 days, we can issue a store credit or a full refund via the same method as your original payment. For example, if you paid with a Visa card, you will be credited back on the same card.

Between 31 and 90 days we will issue a store credit only. Some items will also incur a 10% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
