Auto Obsession's carpets are top-quality reproductions of the original factory carpeting.
They include jute padding bonded to the bottom of the carpet, heat-sealed heelpads, as original, and the dimmer-switch grommet.

From 1964 through the mid-70's, General Motors used 80/20 loop carpeting. After that, they switched to cut-pile.
If you'd like, we can make earlier carpet kits in cut-pile, or later kits in loop.
These are, of course, special order and not returnable.

While installing your carpeting, don't forget the sound-deadener and door sill plates and floor mats!
The sound deadener insulation goes under the carpet and padded carpet backing to lay directly against the floor pan.
This original design specifically blocks out noise, heat and cold while protecting the carpet from damaging elements such as moisture
